Talent Fest, the two day arts and cultural bonanza in The Delta Study, Fort Kochi began on a colorful note on July 21st in the school auditorium. Mrs. Vinitha Raphael welcomed the gathering. Arts and Cultural President Ann Maria presented the report on Talent Fest 2022. Principal Mrs. Anitha Kuriappan lit the lamp along with the School Administrator Commodore Anand Balakrishnan and declared the fest open. Mrs. Binitha Cherian, HOD of the English Department delivered the Inaugural Address. The campus came alive with the students joyfully participating in large numbers in the various literary and cultural events ranging from elocution, recitation, fusion dance, fancy dress, fast rhythm song with karaoke, quiz, anchoring, speeches, digital painting, dubsmash etc. It was an ideal platform to showcase the talents of the students.

The 47th  Founders' Day of The Delta Study was celebrated on 20th July 2023 in the school auditorium. The Principal of The Delta Study, Ms Anitha Kuriappan  welcomed the gathering. The Chief Guest of the day was Mr A I Kurian, Founder member and President of Delta Schools Society. After the Presidential Address, the Chief Guest released the  School magazine, 'HARMONY'.  The Academic  toppers were honoured. The PTA Vice President Ms Zisha Harish offered felicitation. The programme came to an end with the vote of thanks by Joshua K Aju, the Head Boy.

‘Leaders aren’t born, they are made’.

The Investiture Ceremony for the academic session 2023-24 was held at The Delta Study, Fort Kochi on Wednesday, 19th July. The event began with the lighting of the lamp by the newly elected prefects, along with the House Teachers and the Principal that embodied the contribution of school’s convention of delegating responsibility to the newly elected office bearers. The ceremony was presided over by the Principal Mrs. Anitha Kuriappan along with the School Administrator Commodore Anand Balakrishnan. Principal Mrs. Anitha Kuriappan conferred the insignia to the newly elected prefects of the student council. The new office bearers administered the oath to dispense their duties to the best of their abilities and abide by the rules and regulations of the school. Head Girl Maria V Rajesh delivered the vote of thanks. The event came to a close with National Anthem rendition.

Art Speaks where words are unable to AWARENESS AGAINST DRUG ABUSE THROUGH PAINTINGS In connection with Drug awareness community campaign, The boundry wall of The Delta Study donned a new look on friday, 14th july with paintings on drug abuse.

Doctors day was celebrated with a session by Dr.Veena for the KG and Std 1 and 2 students of The Delta Study
She interacted with the students and informed them how to maintain good physical and mental health.

Cyber Security Awareness

Every year on June 26th, the International Day against Drug Abuse and Illicit Trafficking, also known as World Drug Day, is observed to promote global efforts in eliminating drug abuse.

“Yoga is the dance of every cell with the music of every breath that creates inner serenity and harmony”. The Delta Study celebrated the 9th International Day of Yoga, highlighting the theme Vasudaiva Kutumbakam, which beautifully captures our shared aspiration for “One Earth, One Family and one Future''.


On 21st June ,2023, the International Day of Yoga,  students of class XII conducted a special assembly. Dhanush Bhan of class XII spoke on the significance of the day. The students and teachers took pledge to make yoga an integral part of our daily routine and experience its immense benefits. A few yoga asanas were demonstrated by our yoga teacher Mrs. Philomena Manual and the students and teachers enthusiastically participated in it. This was followed by a mass display of a series of asanas by the students of class 6 to 12 ranging from sectional breathing, Sukshma Vyayama, Surya Namaskara, Yoga Nidra and Yoga Anthem. The students of class XI displayed various postures of yoga and the celebration culminated with the Yoganatya performance by the students of class VIII.

The Delta Study celebrated World Environment Day on 5th June to raise global awareness and to take positive environmental action to protect our planet Earth. A weeklong celebration was conducted from 5th June keeping the theme ‘Beat Plastic Pollution’ and the students wholeheartedly participated in the activities. Principal Mrs.Anitha Kuriappan spoke on the harmful effects of plastic and how to reduce its consumption.

Re Opening Day
There was a festive mood in the air as The Delta Study welcomed students back on Thursday, 1st June ,2023 for the  new academic session . The whole school was decorated with flowers and balloons. There was a special assembly where Principal Mrs. Anitha Kuriappan welcomed the students.Thereafter sweets were distributed to all the students.

  The new wing of the Kindergarten was inaugurated by the Secretary of Delta School Society Mr. Joseph Paul The Vice President, Mr. Mohan Kurian and Mr. Babu Rajeev Member of the Managing Committee were also present.

          Delta Kindergarten is a joyful world where children explore,discover making  learning a fun filled process.
