On 7th September 2024, The Delta Study held an orientation session by Mr. Biju B.K. Nair from 9:30 AM to 12:30 PM. The session covered the history and evolution of Indian education system, from the 1793 Charter Act to the NEP 2020 and NCF 2023 emphasizing key reforms like the Woods Despatch and various education commissions. He highlighted the importance of the NEP's focus on holistic development, 21st-century skills, and addressing diverse learner types. He also introduced concepts such as the Panchakosha and Indian knowledge systems for deeper learning. The session concluded with insights into NEP's vision for a vibrant, equitable knowledge society.
